Business Development Manager – Insurance (Dubai)

About the role

Al‑Futtaim is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Orient Insurance division in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new insurance business, building client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads to expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare proposals, present quotes and customize plans using internal tools.
• Achieve assigned sales and business‑growth targets.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Required profile
