Civil Site Engineer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our fast‑growing construction team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of civil projects from concept through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee small‑scale to large‑scale construction projects on site.
• Conduct on‑site investigations, collect and analyse data such as maps, reports and test results.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies and develop detailed blueprints that meet project specifications.
• Assess potential risks, material requirements and cost estimates.
• Provide technical advice and creatively resolve emerging issues during construction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in civil or site engineering.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
