About the role
H&S Real Estate is seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, hotel bookings, visa applications, and transportation.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Assist in planning corporate events, exhibitions, business meetings, and company functions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
