About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert delivers a memorable dining experience for guests at Le Méridien Fujairah. You will be responsible for a range of front‑of‑house duties, ensuring service standards are consistently high and aligned with the brand’s European spirit.

Key responsibilities

Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized service area.
Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
Handle menu items, read and verify information, and ensure correct presentation.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification needed.
