About the role

Join the dynamic Food & Beverage team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts as a Food Runner. You will play a vital part in delivering seamless dining experiences for guests across our award‑winning luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, brand‑aligned welcome and ensure a sensational first impression.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly to guest tables.
• Maintain detailed guest preference records to personalize service.
• Support the service team by restocking stations, clearing tables, and ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate order flow and resolve any issues quickly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional, polished appearance that meets the brand’s grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
