FX Account Manager - Turkish Speaker

About the role

MultiBank Group is looking for a results‑driven FX Account Manager who can acquire, manage and grow relationships with Turkish‑speaking clients. The role involves converting leads, retaining clients and delivering a high‑quality experience while complying with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert new Turkish‑speaking clients for the Group’s products and services.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring retention and increased lifetime value.
• Guide clients through onboarding, KYC, platform setup, funding and first‑time activation.
• Proactively follow up on dormant or underperforming accounts to improve activation.
• Promote campaigns, product updates and cross‑sell opportunities where appropriate.
• Provide market colour, product information and platform education in line with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Dealing, Support, Marketing and Business Development to ensure seamless service.
• Handle client concerns, escalations and service issues promptly.
• Achieve individual sales, retention, deposit and revenue KPIs.

Required profile

• Prior experience within a Forex/CFD broker or similar financial services environment.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to work in a target‑driven setting.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Comfortable supporting clients through onboarding, platform guidance and ongoing relationship management.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and client trends.
