Garments Merchandiser

About the role

The Garments Merchandiser will develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales for our UAE Best Garments Factory. The role involves analysing consumer demand, coordinating with design and production teams, and managing product assortments across styles, colours and sizes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Analyze consumer demands, competitor offerings and buyer preferences.
• Plan and manage product assortments, ensuring a balanced mix of styles, colours and sizes.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure product availability, pricing and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source fabrics, trims and components.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement and identify opportunities for replenishment or markdowns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in apparel merchandising or retail buying.
• Strong knowledge of the apparel industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in merchandising software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
