General Manager – EOR

About the role

Deel is looking for a General Manager to lead its Employer of Record (EOR) business. This senior position will shape the strategy, growth and operational excellence of one of the company’s core revenue streams, helping global teams hire, pay and manage talent across more than 150 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EOR go‑to‑market strategy to drive revenue and market share.
• Oversee compliance, payroll, benefits and legal frameworks for a diverse global workforce.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including sales, product, legal and operations to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with senior executives to align EOR initiatives with Deel’s overall vision and growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR technology, payroll, or global workforce solutions.
• Track record of scaling SaaS or EOR businesses in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of international compliance, tax and employment regulations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
