General Manager EOR

About the role

Deel is seeking a General Manager to lead its Employer of Record (EOR) business in the Middle East. You will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance for a rapidly expanding segment that represents a significant portion of the company’s revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional EOR strategy to achieve revenue and market‑share targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across sales, operations, compliance, and product to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers, partners, and regulators.
• Monitor financial performance, forecast demand, and manage P&L for the EOR division.
• Champion Deel’s global vision while adapting solutions to local market nuances.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR, payroll, or EOR services.
• Strong track record of scaling B2B SaaS or workforce‑management businesses.
• Deep understanding of employment law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
