About the role

Kick‑start your career with Serco Middle East as a Growth Intern in our Bid & Talent Centre of Excellence. You will gain hands‑on exposure to bids, proposals, talent management, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, and employee wellbeing while working with a dynamic, high‑performing team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project plans to deliver bid requirements on time and within budget.
• Provide timely bid administrative support and ensure governance timelines are tracked and files stored correctly.
• Maintain portal systems, manage version control, and update Serco’s portal credentials.
• Upload bid information, clarifications, and client requests to customer portals.
• Support bid production, including printing, graphics, design, and final quality checks.
• Manage central bid collateral and contribute to knowledge‑management libraries.
• Maintain a database of previous projects, clients, and pre‑qualification documentation.
• Audit Bid Lead activity to ensure documentation compliance.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Methodical, process‑driven, organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritise in a pressured environment.
• Self‑starter who can manage non‑routine aspects with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated experience in data management, analysis and monitoring related to bid or project management.
• Proven research skills across multiple mediums to support bids and opportunities.
