About the role
LALIZAS Middle East is looking for an Inside Sales Operator to join its Dubai branch. The role supports the sales department with order processing, reporting and customer communication.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the sales department, including reports and sales analysis.
- Forward samples and orders by entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers.
- Resolve order and inventory issues by investigating data, identifying alternatives, and informing managers and customers.
- Communicate with customers and partners, offering pre‑sales and after‑sales support, cross‑selling and up‑selling products and services.
Required profile
- University degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or operations department of an international company.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking abilities, with flexibility to meet deadlines.
