About the role

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our Life Direct Sales Force in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering tailored life insurance solutions to a diverse client base and driving growth in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Assess client needs for life insurance and savings, propose customized plans.
• Assist with policy renewals, amendments, claims and manage client portfolios.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of life insurance products and their benefits.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in life insurance or sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first approach.
• Analytical ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Fluency in English.
