Manager Talent Development

About the role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Manager Talent Development to lead its talent partnering agenda across the business in Dubai. The role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, organisational health and business performance, translating strategy into practical, impactful actions on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture squads to embed talent and culture priorities across local markets and regional functions.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of the talent lifecycle, including development, performance, learning, employee experience and organisational health.
• Adapt central Talent & Culture frameworks to local needs, ensuring operational strength and relevance.
• Monitor organisational health using data and insights, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations.
• Support leaders in strengthening team effectiveness, culture and leadership capability.
• Enable AI‑driven talent and learning programs, helping the business adopt new ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic talent partner in a fast‑moving, consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into tailored talent and culture initiatives.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders across markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience monitoring organisational health metrics.
