MOD Sales Engineer – Technical Sales for Elevators

About the role

TK Elevator UAE is looking for a MOD Sales Engineer to join its Mod Sal DXB department in Dubai. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, shaping elevator solutions that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver technical proposals and product presentations.
• Analyse customer requirements and engineering specifications to configure accurate product solutions.
• Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring clear communication among all parties.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assist in estimating project costs and timelines.
• Provide training and technical support to sales staff and customers on product features and installation considerations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain market leadership.
• Support new product launches by offering technical guidance and gathering customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the elevator, escalator, or building services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the UAE market are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience using product configurators.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
