People Operations Associate

About the role

The People Operations Associate will be the primary point of contact for employees throughout their lifecycle at Edenred UAE, from pre‑boarding to off‑boarding. The role supports daily HR operations, ensures compliance with UAE labour legislation, and collaborates closely with the PRO, Finance, IT and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Support payroll administration and related budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT and external partners to resolve HR‑related queries.
• Assist in workforce planning and people‑related reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant HR or People Operations experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
