Plumbing Draftsman – AutoCAD & MEP Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Draftsman to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the preparation of detailed plumbing and drainage drawings for high‑rise and facility‑management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed plumbing and drainage shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop layouts for domestic water supply, drainage, stormwater, sewage, irrigation, and hot & cold water systems, including as‑built drawings.
• Create coordination, builders’ work, sleeve, riser diagram, and installation detail drawings.
• Coordinate plumbing drawings with HVAC, electrical, firefighting, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site requirements, and design changes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company drafting standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in facility management and high‑rise buildings.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM (advantage).
• Good understanding of MEP systems, building services, and construction practices.
