About the role

The Independent Food Company is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across its diverse portfolio of concepts. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, and achieving business targets while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and brand compliance.
• Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor sales, labor, and food costs, and track key performance indicators.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction through quality service and effective complaint resolution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular floor checks to guarantee consistent service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance evaluations.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to boost sales.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights for performance improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, including at least 1 year as a Restaurant Manager.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, cost control, and operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
