Retail Store Manager Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Retail Store Manager will lead the Tommy Bahama store in Dubai, overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires an Arabic‑speaking leader who can manage a team, maintain compliance, and achieve profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit targets while monitoring KPIs such as conversion rates, UPT, ATV and footfall.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising and store appearance.
• Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, health and safety standards and company SOPs.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates, conducting performance reviews and scheduling to maintain floor coverage.
• Deliver a customer‑first culture, handling escalations and training staff on product knowledge and service standards.
• Control inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, conduct audits and coordinate loss‑prevention activities.

Required profile

• Dynamic leader with deep understanding of retail KPIs and people management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cash handling and loss‑prevention processes.
• Familiarity with local compliance standards, labour laws and health & safety regulations.
• Fluent Arabic speaker able to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
