Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an innovative, customer‑centric Sales Manager to lead enterprise end‑user relationships and drive sales of Wi‑Fi networking solutions in the Dubai region. The role blends account management with technical consulting, allowing you to work directly with large enterprises to solve complex wireless challenges using Ekahau technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed regional revenue targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise customers.
• Build long‑term partnerships with end‑users and channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor for their Wi‑Fi needs.
• Identify, qualify and nurture opportunities, guiding them through the sales cycle using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing and global systems integrators to close deals and drive adoption of Ekahau solutions.
• Ensure customer success through effective onboarding, training and ongoing support.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to product and strategy teams.
• Travel to client meetings, industry events and internal gatherings as required (≈50% travel).

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales or technical account management experience, preferably in networking or Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Proven track record with Fortune/Global 2000 enterprise clients.
• Strong consultative and solution‑oriented selling approach.
• Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Background check required.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Experience with Wi‑Fi technologies and Ekahau solutions.
• Familiarity with networking vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper and Extreme Networks.
• Knowledge of system integrators (e.g., NTT, ATEA, Softcat, WWT).
