Sales & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead business development and operational delivery for a transportation and heavy‑equipment rental company serving the Oil & Gas, construction, industrial and infrastructure sectors in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, construction and industrial sectors.
• Promote transport, trucking and heavy‑equipment rental services to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, subcontractors and major industrial customers.
• Develop pricing strategies, prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close rental agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee machinery and vehicle mobilisation to project sites and coordinate fleet utilisation.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets and produce forecasts and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of UAE experience in oil & gas, transport, heavy‑equipment rental or construction services.
• Existing network within ADNOC, EPC contractors and oil & gas companies is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in pricing, tenders, quotations and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 per month, based on experience.
