Senior Planning Manager – Infrastructure & Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Planning Manager to lead schedule and cost controls across complex infrastructure and building programmes. You will shape robust baselines, drive project performance and provide clear insights for confident client decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all planning, scheduling and project‑controls activities for major building and infrastructure projects.
• Develop, review and manage baseline, revised, recovery and resource‑loaded schedules.
• Monitor project progress, critical‑path activities and key contractual milestones.
• Evaluate and manage Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, delay analyses and Time Impact Assessments.
• Provide strategic planning advice to Project Directors and senior management.
• Mentor and manage planning engineers and project‑controls staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of planning experience on major building and infrastructure projects.
• Proven delivery of multiple completed projects valued at AED 800 million +.
• Extensive experience in EOT assessments, delay analysis and claims management.
• Previous experience leading planning teams and interfacing directly with clients, consultants and contractors.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of project‑controls methodologies.
