Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

Axon is looking for a high‑energy Senior Sales Engineer to join its Dubai team. You will act as the technical bridge between our cutting‑edge public‑safety solutions and law‑enforcement customers, driving pre‑sales activities and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through proof‑of‑concept.

Key responsibilities

• Master all Axon technologies and products to deliver compelling technical presentations.
• Engage with IT leaders, CIOs, channel partners, and end‑users to discuss technical requirements.
• Provide first‑level technical support throughout the pre‑sales process and manage expectations.
• Coordinate and execute POC/Pilot projects, handling logistics, configuration, and outcome analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to expand the customer base.
• Represent Axon at industry events, conferences, and tech summits.
• Capture feature requests and relay feedback to product, sales, and engineering teams.
• Prepare Statements of Work for professional services and assist with commercial offer documentation.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
