Senior Sales Executive – Property Developers

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales professional to lead our property developer partnerships in the UAE. Reporting to the regional commercial lead, you will own the revenue and pipeline for Redpin’s cross‑border payments infrastructure, positioning it as the default solution for developers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve commercial targets for Redpin in the UAE.
• Identify, qualify and close partnerships with off‑plan, master‑developer and mid‑tier real‑estate developers.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from origination through negotiation to contract signing.
• Develop direct channels with developer sales teams, project‑finance functions and overseas investment desks.
• Build and nurture relationships with CFOs, COOs and heads of sales at target organisations.
• Present Redpin’s technical capabilities as embedded payment solutions that reduce reconciliation burden.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior B2B sales, preferably within real‑estate or financial services.
• Deep understanding of the UAE property developer ecosystem.
• Ability to operate at C‑suite level and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience driving revenue growth.
