About the role

The Senior Store Manager will lead the overall operational performance of the Marks & Spencer store in Dubai, driving sales, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. This role combines strategic decision‑making with hands‑on management to ensure the store meets its targets and maintains high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, adjusting tactics based on market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage inventory efficiently to minimise stock‑outs and overstock situations.
• Lead, motivate and coach a high‑performing store team, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold store standards, including visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to analyse sales data and key performance indicators.
• Strong focus on customer service excellence.
