About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Spa Receptionist to join our team at Beach Rotana in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering a warm welcome to guests and ensuring all front‑desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations, payments and tracking procedures for spa services.
- Greet guests, create a friendly atmosphere and promote spa activities and services.
- Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels, and maintain locker cleanliness.
- Post guest charges in the system and follow correct accounting procedures.
- Keep the reception area tidy, stocked with towels, magazines and promotional material.
- Encourage sales through thorough product and price knowledge.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
- Previous experience working in a hotel or spa environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer‑focused attitude.
