Kitchen Steward – Luxury Hotel (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Kitchen Steward supports the smooth operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets by ensuring all kitchen and dining equipment, utensils, and linens are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. This full‑time, on‑site position is essential to maintaining the high standards of hygiene and guest experience expected at a luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
• Collect, transport, and store dirty and clean dishware, cookware, and linens across hotel departments.
• Perform routine cleaning of kitchen workstations, floors, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and follow company policies.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform overhead and low‑level tasks.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb and prolonged standing.
