About the role
Innovate Living Development, a leading ultra‑luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating travel, and handling confidential matters with the utmost professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments and meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for the CEO and family, including flight, accommodation and ground transport.
- Handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion.
- Assist with family‑related tasks, such as childcare support and personal errands.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the CEO, filtering communications and directing inquiries.
- Oversee general administrative duties, including document preparation and expense reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar high‑level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and problem‑solving capability.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
