About the role
Deliveroo is seeking an SMB Account Manager to manage a portfolio of its most important restaurant partners in Dubai, driving growth and profitability through data‑driven insights and strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high‑volume and global restaurant brands.
- Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders.
- Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for partners and Deliveroo.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and other departments to launch new initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Well‑organized with excellent teamwork qualities.
- Agile and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
