Strategy Manager – DIFC Innovation Hub

About the role

The Strategy Manager will drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the DIFC Innovation Hub, ensuring alignment with DIFC's long‑term vision and global positioning. This role combines strategic planning, market intelligence and execution oversight to support sustained ecosystem growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Innovation Hub’s strategic roadmap and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead high‑impact strategic projects from design through execution, monitoring milestones, KPIs and risk mitigation.
• Define the Hub’s value proposition, benchmark against global innovation centres and align ecosystem development with partnerships.
• Conduct research on fintech and emerging technologies, track market trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, prepare insights and decision‑making materials, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in strategy or innovation management.
• At least 1 year of progressive leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
