Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

The client seeks a strategic, commercially‑mindset Chief Marketing Officer to shape and execute marketing strategy for a premium healthcare and wellness business in the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a team of six external marketing contractors, setting priorities and ensuring accountability.
• Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with bloggers, influencers, brands and external partners.
• Evaluate ROI of campaigns, partnerships and promotional activities.
• Analyse marketing data, conversion metrics and customer behaviour to optimise results.
• Oversee social media strategy and digital marketing across relevant platforms, handling account restrictions and suspensions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and effective execution across all channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including leadership of marketing teams.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the UAE with strong knowledge of the local and GCC markets.
• Experience in internationally recognised, well‑established companies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies, contractors, influencers and strategic partnerships.
• Fluent Russian and based in Dubai.
