Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

Join Qualys in Dubai as a Senior Technical Account Manager, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across channels, distributors, and end‑customers. The role blends technical expertise with business insight to act as a trusted advisor, ensure platform adoption, and lead renewal and expansion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level technical presentations, conduct Proof‑of‑Value demonstrations, and respond to technical and business queries.
• Generate accurate technical content for RFIs/RFPs and own the deal formalization process.
• Identify, qualify, and drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, coordinating with partners and distributors.
• Own renewal strategy, ensuring year‑over‑year contract renewal and expansion aligned with procurement timelines.
• Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline in CRM, providing visibility into forecasts and upcoming procurement events.
• Perform platform health checks, business reviews, and training to maximize customer adoption and utilization.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in security, compliance or monitoring systems with a bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to produce professional RFP responses and reports.
• Organized, analytical, and able to overcome sales obstacles with creative approaches.
