About the role
OVG Hospitality is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join its HR team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end recruitment and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to successful hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records and support HR operations as needed.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong onboarding and employee coordination abilities.
- UAE‑based candidates available for face‑to‑face interviews are preferred.
- Immediate availability to join is an advantage.
Required skills
- Knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Understanding of employee onboarding and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
