About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves in Abu Dhabi as a Restaurant Supervisor. You will lead daily banquet operations, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and light of exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee flawless event setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications.
• Communicate event details and updates to relevant Food & Beverage teams.
• Manage event breakdown, storing equipment correctly for subsequent functions.
• Supervise the F&B team, handling scheduling, coaching and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
