About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Keyholder to join our Northpark retail team in Dubai. As a front‑line leader, you will ensure the store runs smoothly, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold our brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to schedule, handling cash and key management.
- Provide personalized, best‑in‑class service to every customer.
- Meet individual KPI and sales targets while supporting overall store performance.
- Guide, coach, and develop a team of retail associates.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
- Collaborate with store management on visual merchandising, marketing events, and store programming.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability with at least one weekend day per week.
- Willingness to work required shift patterns (Fridays, Sundays, Saturdays, closing shifts).
- Strong commitment to customer experience and operational excellence.
